I spent my corporate career in learning & development and HR technologies — helping large organizations roll out new systems and, more importantly, helping the humans inside them actually adopt those systems. Measurement, training, technology at scale: that was my world for over fifteen years, at the director level.
Then the world did what it does — and I found myself starting over.
Instead of waiting for the job market to make sense of me, I taught myself to build. I learned AI development, voice technology, and workflow automation, and I didn't stop at tutorials: I shipped. A sales practice platform with live subscribers. A coaching practice simulator. A daily check-in system for aging parents. Automation for communities and for clients in regulated industries. Every project on my Work page exists, runs, and gets used.
That path shaped what Leanifi is. I believe AI is a bigger disruptor than the internet was — but I've also sat in enough rollout meetings to know that technology fails when the people part is skipped. So I do both: I build the system, and then I train you and your team until it's genuinely yours. It's the combination almost nobody offers, and it's the part of the work I love most.
