Roadmap
-
You'll coach Max in a conversational manner, as you would a client. AI is evolving rapidly, so while you may be able to tell you're talking to an AI today, it's going to become exponentially more difficult to discern in the near future.
-
Max is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you might get!
Like a real client, Max doesn't ever come to the sesh exactly the same each time.
Additionally, we'll be adding new Max personas so you can choose the persona that best fits your needs, or coach all of them!
-
Coach to the Max! is a tool--not a replacement for instructors and mentors. Results are shareable with instructors, mentors, or anyone who can provide further insight and discussion.
-
Practice without feedback is like cake without frosting. Kinda useless. In fact, just as frostingless cake might make you THINK you're not intaking a bunch of calories, practicing without feedback may make you THINK you are getting better--when you might be reinforcing bad habits. Learners will receive feedback either within or after the simulated session which will celebrate wins and provide guidance on improving gaps. Additionally, learners (and eventually instructors) will be able to compare performance over time to realize improvement!
-
Recorded session feedback can help you reflect and learn from recorded sessions with a real client.
-
Coach to the Max! can be tailored on several different levels.
Performance metrics are currently aligned with the most popular coaching frameworks, but can be tailored to your particular coaching framework.
Additionally, each sesh can be tailored to your needs. You can choose between sesh lengths, niches (business, personal, wellness), and personas (aka client personality + challenges).
These will be limited in the first release, but, with your input, we will continue to add additional choices around coaching frameworks, niches and personas.
-
Coaching leaders can
assign specific client personas
view session transcripts & feedback
monitor individual and cohort performance trends
-
Voice AI technology is more advanced in some languages than others, but other languages are quickly receiving significant development focus.
We expect to include practice in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Italian, and Portuguese in the near future.
-
Most coaching happens within the context of a "package" where the client pays for multiple sessions and a large goal is worked on.
We believe AI will soon be advanced enough to retain long-term memory and context, enabling coaching sessions to build on previous interactions. This will allow learners to coach the same persona over time, realistically simulating a long-term coaching relationship. It will also provide performance trends over time.
-
We know that group coaching can be tremendously effective. It can also be tricky to manage--especially for a new coach. The chances that something doesn't go to plan is almost guaranteed. And if you're conflict adverse, it's going to add to the challenge. Don't worry, Max Collective is here to help! Max Collective will allow you to coach to multiple personas, encountering similar group dynamics to those in a real group session. Without the stress. So you can build finesse and confidence coaching a group.

In 2024 AI is on the cusp interacting with and of analyzing visual cues, such as deep breathing, eye movements, facial expressions, and body language signals. We're excited to have this on our roadmap, but want to ensure the technology is reliable and realistic enough to add value.
